Reporting a security problem

This page is for problems with the website itself: a weakness in the pages, the enquiry form, or the way the site is hosted. It is not the place for a product complaint or a suspected adverse reaction. Those go to the registered office, as described in the terms and legal notice.

How to report

Use Send an enquiry on the main page. Give your name and phone, and in the note give the page address and what you found. Please do not include patient details. The office replies by phone.

What this site does not do

The site has no accounts, no payment, and no shopping cart. It does not ask for a password. An enquiry sends a name, an optional organisation, a phone number, and a note to the office, and the page does not keep a copy.
