This notice explains how Vivacity Unlimited Healthcare LLP ("the firm") handles personal data in connection with www.vivacityhealthcare.com. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising.

• The enquiry form sends your name, organisation if you give one, phone number, and note to shivam.verma@vivacityhealthcare.com so the office can reply. The website does not show the note on the page and does not keep a copy. The firm uses it only to answer you. It is not added to a marketing list.
• The professional acknowledgement on the formulations section is remembered in your browser's session storage for the current visit only. It holds a single flag and no personal information. It is cleared when you close the tab.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by Vercel Inc. Like any web server, Vercel's infrastructure processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the service. The firm does not use these logs to identify visitors.

When you contact the firm

If you send the firm a note by your own email, phone, or post, the firm receives whatever you choose to include. The firm uses it only to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of trade correspondence. It is not added to a marketing list and is not sold or shared, except where the law requires.

Health information

This website is for healthcare professionals and the trade. Please do not send patient details or health information through any channel on this site. If such information is received, it is deleted.

Your rights

You may ask the firm what personal data it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or withdraw consent, by writing to the registered office below. The firm will respond within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
